1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Seledia desktop application provided by Seledia Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Munich, Germany.

2. Subscription Plans

Seledia is available as a subscription service in two plans: Base and Pro. Details and pricing are listed on our website.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.

4. License

Each subscription provides a single-user license. The license key is delivered digitally after payment.

5. Waiver of Withdrawal Right

By purchasing a subscription and requesting immediate access to the software, you expressly agree that the delivery of the digital product begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the license key has been delivered. This is in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
